Nikos Gyros is a family-run restaurant with kitchens in Magnolia and Beacon Hill, Seattle. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into our quote request form:
- Your name, and your company if you add it
- Your email address and phone number
- Details about your event: date, number of guests, package, serving style, add-ons and pickup location
- Anything you write in "Dietary needs & notes", such as allergies or dietary restrictions
We don't use cookies, ads or tracking tools on this site.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your request, prepare your quote, and plan and prepare your order. We use dietary and allergy details only to prepare your food safely.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who else handles it
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions and passes them to us. Netlify stores them on our behalf. When the page loads, your browser also fetches fonts from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address the way any website you visit can.
We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to handle your order and our records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Call either location and we'll take care of it.
